Use these steps to purchase, download, and listen to downloadable audio programs from Sounds True.
To Purchase:
1) Choose your products.
Whenever you see a product in the Sounds True Online Store (www.soundstrue.com) with a button that says "Download," you can add it to your downloads cart. Simply click the button and your shopping cart list will appear.
If you wish to continue shopping for downloadable items, click "Continue Shopping." When you are ready to check out and purchase your items, click "Next Step." Once you have purchased your items, you will be able to download them.
2) Log In.
If you have an account, enter your email address and password in the left-hand box, and click "Log In."
If you do not have an account, create one now by entering and confirming both your email address and a password of your choice in the right-hand box, and click "Save & Continue."
If you are already logged in, proceed to step 3.
3) Accept the Terms and Conditions.
Click "I Agree" to continue. If you click "I Disagree," you will be returned to your downloads cart.
4) Enter Your Billing Information.
If this is your first time purchasing, enter your billing information in the form provided.
If you have purchased downloadable audio from Sounds True before, your billing address will be automatically displayed.
5) Enter Your Payment Method.
If you are paying with PayPal, click the "Checkout with PayPal" button and follow the instructions.
If you are paying with a credit or debit card, select your card type and enter your payment information.
PLEASE NOTE: Sounds True does not store your credit card information. For this reason, your credit card information must be entered every time you purchase.
When this is complete, click "Next Step." Your card will not be charged until you confirm your order.
6) Review Your Order And Purchase.
You will be shown your entire order. If everything looks correct, click "Purchase." When you click this button, your card will be charged for the amount of your purchase.
7) Print Your Receipt And Proceed to Download.
If you would like a copy of your receipt for your records, click "Print Receipt."
If you don't want a receipt or would like to print one later, click "Download Items."
To Download:
1) Choose Your Format.
Beneath a brief description of the available file formats, You will see a list of the products you have just purchased. To the right of each product, you will see a select box in the column labeled Formats. Choose the best format (iPod/iTunes, MP3, MP3 Zip, FLAC, or FLAC Zip) for each download.
To get more information about file formats, click the "more" links or the file format icons in the top section.
2) Download Your Purchases.
If you choose iPod/iTunes, MP3 ZIP or FLAC ZIP, click the "Download" button next. Your file will begin downloading to your computer. Choose a location to save the file and click "OK."
If you choose MP3 or FLAC, the button will change to "Go To Files." Click this button to proceed to the next screen. You'll see a list of individual sessions from the program you have purchased. Click each Download button to download each file. Choose a location for each file and click "OK." When you have downloaded all of the sessions that you want from this screen, click "Back To My Purchase" to return to the screen containing your purchases.
Note: In some cases, audios in iPod/iTunes format come in two or more files. When this is the case, the button will change to "Go To Files." Proceed as you would with MP3 or FLAC above.
To Listen:
1) Make Sure You Have an Audio Player On Your Computer.
Most computers come equipped with a free MP3 audio player. For Windows, this is Windows Media Player. For Mac, iTunes.
If, for some reason, your computer does not contain one of these players, you can download them, and others, using the links below.

2) Locate Your Files.
When you downloaded your files, you saved them to a location on your computer. If you chose MP3, iPod/iTunes, or FLAC, Open your audio player and browse to this location to select your files and begin playing them.
3) Unzip Your Files (MP3 ZIP or FLAC ZIP only).
If you downloaded your files as MP3 ZIP or FLAC ZIP, you will need to extract (unzip) your files in order to play them. Most computers come with software that does this.
On Windows, right-click the .zip file, choose the option "Extract All," and follow the instructions. On Macintosh, double-click the .zip file to extract it.
Once this is done, open your audio player and browse to the location of the extracted files to begin playing them.
4) How To Transfer Your Files To Your Portable Audio Player.
If you have a portable audio player such as an iPod, it should have come with software for your computer and instructions for transferring your audio files.
Follow these instructions to begin listening to your audio files on your portable player. If you do not have either of these, obtain them from your player's manufacturer.
